Recipe by Muhammad Tahir

Unsweetened almond milk works in this recipe instead of yogurt if you are weight watching. However the flavor won't be as rich and texture not as creamy.

Ingredients 

  • 1 cup raw halved apricots
  • 6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup plain natural yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey or equivalent Stevia sweetener (optional)

    10 mins

Directions:

Blend apricots, yogurt, ice cubes & sugar in a blender until mixture is thick and frothy. (serves 2) Packs a sweet-n-sour tang that's extra refreshing. Place a apricot half on top for the older kids.

  • You may like to serve this as an appetizer.
